New Menu: Gyokuro Yokan: KOTOSHINA Chaya, KYOTO BAL 1F

Starting June 6th (Friday), KOTOSHINA Chaya will be serving the seasonal sweet "Gyokuro Yokan."

KOTOSHINA 's organic gyokuro is slowly extracted at low temperature to create a refreshing yokan. The natural flavor of gyokuro and the delicate white azuki bean paste go very well together, creating an elegant flavor that is perfect for early summer.
